1. The service

Hızlı Yardım is an iOS app offering personal safety features such as wellbeing check-in reminders, emergency alerts and journey tracking. By downloading and using the app you accept these terms.

2. Limits of the service and disclaimer

• The app is not an emergency calling service; it does not automatically connect you to 112 or any authority.
• Delivery of alerts to your emergency contacts depends on internet connectivity, the availability of iCloud and Apple's push notification infrastructure, and on recipient devices being powered on and properly configured. Uninterrupted operation of this chain cannot be guaranteed.
• Features may work partially or not at all if the device is off, out of battery, in airplane mode or out of coverage.
• The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ar-ge-san is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for choosing your emergency contacts, verifying that invitations were accepted, and keeping your settings (notification permissions, location permissions, check-in schedule) up to date.
• You may not use the app for false alarms, harassment or to mislead others.
• When using recording features (photo/video/audio), you are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Pro subscription

• The Taxi and travel safety feature is offered through an auto-renewing "Pro" subscription (monthly or yearly). Current prices are shown on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account by the App Store. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the in-app "Manage Subscriptions" screen.
• The free trial on the yearly plan applies to first-time purchases only; if you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged.
• If your subscription lapses during an active trip, that trip is completed for your safety; only starting new trips is disabled.

5. License

The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict between these terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA prevails.

6. Privacy

How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: we collect no data; your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. We will notify you in the app about material changes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
