Privacy Policy
Summary: Hızlı Yardım collects no data from you. We operate no servers. All of your data is stored on your own device and in your own iCloud account, and is delivered only to the emergency contacts you choose, only at the moments you allow. No one — including the developer — can access your data.
1. We collect no data
Our App Store privacy declaration is "Data Not Collected". This means no data processed by the app is ever transmitted to the developer or to any third party (analytics companies, ad networks, SDK vendors, etc.).
- We have no servers and no backend of our own.
- We use no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs.
- The app relies solely on Apple services (iCloud, Apple Push Notifications, App Store).
2. Data the app processes and where it lives
The following data is processed on your device and, optionally, in your own iCloud account so the app can function. None of it reaches us; only you (and, for shared content only, the people you choose) can access the iCloud copy.
- Profile information (name, email, avatar): so your emergency contacts can see who created an event. No phone number, birth date or address is requested.
- Life Check configuration and history: your check-in schedule and response records.
- Emergency events: a one-time package ("snapshot") consisting of your location at the moment of the event, your latest note and any recording you attach.
- Location: captured only (a) at the moment of an emergency and (b) during an active trip. There is no continuous location tracking.
- Photos, video and audio recordings: only recordings you initiate; stored on your device and transmitted only if you share them.
- Daily notes: your personal journal. In an emergency, only your most recent note is included in the package.
3. How sharing works
- Emergency contacts are matched via Apple ID (Apple's iCloud Sharing infrastructure). Phone numbers are neither used nor shared.
- Your contacts never receive a raw data stream — only a one-time snapshot of the event (location, latest note, optional attachments).
- During a trip, location updates go only to the people you selected, and stop when the trip ends.
- Removing someone from your sharing group revokes their access to active shares.
4. Why sent emergency records can't be deleted (coercion resistance)
A deliberate safety design decision: the app provides no manual way to delete emergency snapshots that have already been sent to your contacts. This means someone who takes your phone (or coerces you) cannot erase the evidence of a call for help from your recipients' devices. Storage is managed automatically instead: the newest 10 emergency events and 5 completed journeys are kept per share, anything from the last 48 hours is always preserved, and older records are pruned automatically.
5. Permissions
- Location (While Using / Always): to attach your location to emergency events and to track active journeys. The "Always" permission exists solely so trip tracking can work in the background.
- Notifications: required for Life Check reminders and emergency alerts.
- Camera and Microphone: optional, only for recordings you initiate.
- Face ID / Touch ID: optional, for app lock and for confirmation that prevents accidental emergency triggers.
You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings; the app keeps working with the corresponding feature disabled.
6. Your rights over your data
- Access: everything the app processes (notes, events, journeys, attachments) is visible inside the app and lives in your own iCloud.
- Deletion: you can delete your notes and local data at any time; deletions propagate to your other devices via sync. (Exception: sent emergency records, see section 4.)
- Removing app data: Deleting the app from your device removes your local data. To also remove the copy synced to iCloud, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID → iCloud, and delete Hızlı Yardım's data from the iCloud storage-management screen. (Exception: the records already sent to your emergency contacts, described in section 4; these cannot be removed from recipients' devices this way.)
- Stop sharing: you can remove any person from your sharing group at any moment.
7. Children's privacy
Hızlı Yardım is a general-audience personal-safety app; it is not directed at or marketed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect or process data from children (we collect no data from anyone). If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us.
8. Apple services
iCloud sync, sharing, push notifications and subscription billing run on Apple's infrastructure and are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. Subscription payments are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details.
9. Changes
Changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date. We will notify you in the app about material changes. If a data-collecting feature is ever added (for example, optional analytics), this policy and our App Store declaration will be updated first.
